This is the Second House I bought, I was 22. Over the past year I had been working with a residential Framing crew and picking up my carpenter skills, but I was still more dangerous than I was good. As the pictures below illustrate I had to take this house down to its bare bones and put it back together. It was a hard house to finish, so much to learn, it took a very long time, and it wore on me very much. But I got it done, and through the years I've made a lot of updates to this house, as it has been needed. But today it looks very good, and rents out very easily. Since this picture was taken, I have fixed that gutter, lol!
