The stinkiest, smelliest, dirtiest house yet!!! This place was a disaster. It reaked of cat urine and took 5 dumpsters just to clean it up. However, after many hard weeks this house was brought back to life. Many updates were made, from a New Exterior, to New AC (because the old one had been stolen) and a lot of time spent fixing the inside. This house now looks good, feels good and rents good.
On a scale of 1 to 10, with10 being the worst. This was a 10! This house 3 Bd. Rm. - 1 Bath was the smelliest, dirtiest, and nastiest house I've done yet. This 900 sq.ft. house took 7 dumpsters before it was finished. I put on new siding, new roofing, cleaned up the yard, gutted the basement, had a new AC unit installed, Updated the electric, refinished the floors and the list goes on and on.
Do I like what I do? Yes! Because doesn't It look great fixed up, I had so many calls after I put up the for rent sign I quit answering my phone. Just goes to show you, the dirtiest house on the block might just be a hidden gem.
Oh year, the Cherry of this deal is this. I thought it would be worth when finished in the range of 50-60k. It came in at $75,000!!! What a way to increase your net worth! Yes, I'm loving what I do.
