Dayton, hmmm.... I like Dayton and will most likely be going back. I think Dayton has a lot of potential. Dayton as a whole took a huge hit from '08, but has that much more to rebound. There is a lot of multi-family opportunities in Dayton and I will certainly be educating myself about the area. If I can get the right investor to go along with me, I feel Dayton could be a honey hole.
This house is a 3 Bd.Rm. Ranch on a slab. Easy to rehab and easy to rent in the great little neighborhood of Trottwood.
