This was my first house. I was only 21 yrs. old, and because it was my first house, it is very special to me. When your 21 you think you can do anything and know everything,,, I was no exception. The only problem was looking back on it now, I didn't know shit and couldn't do anything (right), lol. I spent more time doing things the wrong way than I did the right way. But,, that's how you learn and I was determined not to give up. So everyday, I made progress and this house came together. Through the years I've made several nice updates to it, and it has turned out to be a great rental property; not to mention the fact that's its been almost 20 years ago.
The outside was a mess!
The outside came together great, with some stucco that I did (which I didn't know anything about, but it still looks great today!)
